What shall be the new philosophy of extension for rural buildings in Korea? We intend to create many in-between spaces in this project which can be semi-exterior or semi-interior. These spaces, often multi-functional can be occupied by the senior or the junior. Through these flexible spaces, we wish to promote INTERCOMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN OLD & NEW in generations, and more in building elements.

VS-A. HK won the 1st prize with MECANOO architect firm. The competition site is the Shenzhen North Station. On this spot in the center of Shenzhen, 12 towers are to be planned based on the concept of portraying the imagery of Chinese mountains, among with 1 super tall high rise building, expected to approach 400m height.
